Proven experience in managing Windows and Linux servers.

Proficiency in PowerBI and Qlikview administration.

Strong understanding of application onboarding, setups, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Autosys, and SSIS.

Knowledge on MS SQL server administration.

Experience in providing support on SFTP and troubleshooting related issues.

Proficiency in PowerShell automation.

Solid understanding of SSL certificates management.

Familiarity with Proxy, DNS, and Load balancers.

Experience in tracking vulnerable items and implementing remediation plans.

Knowledge on Openshift.

Familiarity with IT Service Management principles.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
