Senior Windows & VMware Administrator

Required Skills & Experience Mandatory

• 5–8 years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Strong hands on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
• PowerShell scripting experience for automation and administration.
• Hands on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Strong experience in documentation using Confluence.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred / Good to Have
• Experience with Ansible, Python, VMware PowerCLI.
• Exposure to monitoring tools (SCOM, vRealize, SolarWinds).
• Experience with backup and DR solutions.
• Basic understanding of networking and storage concepts.
• Experience in BFSI or other regulated environments.
• Prior experience in transition / KT heavy engagements. ________________________________________ Certifications (Preferred)
