Full-Time - $105,000–$115,000 Base + Bonus

Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar is seeking an experienced and driven Managing Partner to lead our Washington DC location. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hospitality leader who thrives in high-volume environments, builds high-performing teams, and drives both operational excellence and financial performance.

As Managing Partner, you will play a key role in leading this culture while driving strong business results.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is highly visible in the restaurant, passionate about team development, and focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What We Offer

• Competitive Salary: $90,000–$95,000 base + bonus potential

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on execution, guest experience, and profitability
• Drive financial performance, including P&L, labor, and cost management
• Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales and operational goals
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop management and hourly teams
• Maintain a strong floor presence, engaging with guests and team members
• Build a culture focused on accountability, development, and hospitality
• Monitor operational standards, service execution, and food quality
• Implement strategies to drive sales while controlling costs
• Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, and inventory processes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager or Managing Partner experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong P&L and financial management experience
• Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
• Experience building, developing, and retaining strong teams
• Ability to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational performance
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with restaurant POS and operational systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
