Experienced Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and contractors, monitoring progress, ensuring quality standards, and addressing any project challenges. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all activities align with industry regulations and company goals, while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, budgeting, and execution
• Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to meet project requirements
• Monitor progress and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Address any challenges that arise during the construction process

Qualifications Required:

• Strong skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proven experience in Project Coordination and Budgeting
• Ability to develop and execute detailed Project Management plans
• Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and decision-making
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required
• Experience with residential or commercial construction is highly preferred
