Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Professional to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliance, payroll, employee engagement, and recruitment, with the ability to handle HR functions independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment)
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
- Manage employee engagement activities and retention strategies
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with management for HR planning and organizational development
- Ensure smooth HR audits and compliance checks
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in HRMS tools (HRONE or similar) & MS Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR role
- Experience in hospitality/restaurant industry preferred
