Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Professional to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliance, payroll, employee engagement, and recruitment, with the ability to handle HR functions independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment)
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
• Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
• Manage employee engagement activities and retention strategies
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with management for HR planning and organizational development
• Ensure smooth HR audits and compliance checks

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in HRMS tools (HRONE or similar) & MS Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR role
• Experience in hospitality/restaurant industry preferred
