Hiring for Swiggy Chat Process:
Job salary: 15K Basic and 1k is attendance Bonus.
Resolving chats raised by the customers through the Swiggy app, solving customer problems such as order status, cancellation, delivery instructions, location issues, etc.
Required candidate profile.
1. Fluent in English with a good understanding of grammar.
2. Should be able to score more than 65 in the Evolve AI written test.
3. Typing speed should be more than 30 WPM.
