About the Role
We are hiring a part-time AI creative specialist to create performance-focused viral-style ads for e-commerce.
This is not a generic social media role. We want someone who is deep in the latest AI creative tools and knows how to turn product benefits into scroll-stopping ads that are worth testing.
You should already be using tools such as Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, and other top AI tools for video, image, editing, voice, and iteration. We do not care about hype. We care about output.
You must understand the difference between content that looks cool and content that actually performs.
What You’ll Do
- Create short-form AI-generated ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms
- Produce multiple hooks, concepts, scenes, and variations fast
- Turn rough ideas and product angles into polished testable creatives
- Mix AI generation with editing, storytelling, pacing, captions, and direct response structure
- Stay current with the newest AI creative tools and workflows
- Improve ads based on feedback and performance data
What We Need
- Real experience creating ads with modern AI tools
- Strong eye for what feels native, engaging, and high-conviction on short-form platforms
- Good understanding of direct response, not just aesthetics
- Fast execution and strong taste
- Ability to work independently and produce a high volume of ideas without hand-holding
- Strong English

- E-commerce ad experience
- Experience with winning Meta or TikTok creatives
- Copywriting ability for hooks, scripts, and CTAs
- Understanding of CTR, hold rate, thumb-stop ratio, landing page fit, and conversion intent
- Experience turning one idea into 10+ quality variations
