Your position
In your new position as Team Lead, Telecommunication in the Technology Solutions division, you will hold a dual role combining technical expertise and people leadership. You will be responsible for the daily leadership of our office in Kochi, India, while also acting as a key technical authority within telecom engineering.
You will join a dedicated Telecom team focused on delivering reliable and innovative communication solutions for energy projects worldwide. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring high-quality engineering deliverables, supporting your team's development, and maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders across locations.

Your place of work will be in Kochi, India. The position is full-time, and you can expect limited travel.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Telecom Lead, you will be responsible for technical leadership and ensuring high-quality telecom engineering deliverables across projects.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Providing technical leadership, guidance, and review of telecom system design across projects
- Developing and ensuring high-quality system designs, specifications, diagrams, and equipment selections
- Coordinating with head office, project teams, and other disciplines to ensure alignment and effective interface management
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing engineers while contributing to workload planning and resource coordination
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities
