Digital Marketing Lead - PPC (E-commerce)

At Brilliant Brains, we don’t just run ads—we engineer growth with AI-driven performance campaigns. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead – PPC to spearhead our paid media division, scale eCommerce brands, and lead a team that’s redefining marketing with the latest AI-powered strategies.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of PPC specialists.
• Drive ROI-focused campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, Amazon Ads.
• Build scalable eCommerce funnels with precision targeting and AI-powered optimization.
• Continuously adopt and experiment with the latest AI campaign tools & platforms (predictive targeting, automated bidding, AI-generated creatives, advanced attribution).
• Analyze campaign data (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA) and provide strategic growth insights.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft AI-optimized ad copies, visuals & UGC-style assets.
• Present campaign outcomes and growth strategies to CEO & clients with clarity.

🔹 Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven PPC experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong track record of scaling eCommerce brands (D2C, Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
• Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing funnels.
• Hands-on with AI marketing tools (campaign automation, predictive analytics, AI ad creatives).
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
• Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads are a plus.
