Available Schedules: Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Support youth during structured group activities and field trips
- Implement behavior and life skills strategies from individualized treatment plans
- Ensure client safety and promote engagement
- Collect and track behavior data
- Communicate with supervisors and participate in team meetings
- Create a positive, inclusive environment for all participants
Ideal Candidate
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented
- Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral or developmental needs preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in human services or education a plus
- Must complete background checks and required training prior to start

Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE AND NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Minimum age of eighteen (16).
- Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with no more than two (2) points.
- Must be willing to drive fifteen (15) passenger vans.
- Must be willing to transport assigned caseloads in personal vehicles.
- Must have a satisfactory CJIS report.
- High School diploma preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
- Desire of continuing learning opportunities, and willingness to embrace instruction.
- Must present a professional demeanor in accordance with BSF Core Values.
Entry Level (Min Level of Care)- Autism Onsite Services Only
- Minimum of 100 hours to 11 months experience working with youth with autism, emotionally disturbed youth, or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Staff must be trainable, possess drive and passion to collaborate with individuals with behavioral health needs. Staff understand providing good customer service and working as a team. Limited experience is acceptable and meets minimum requirements.
- Staff are required to receive the highest level of supervision from the Supervisor. Staff require the highest level of training and are required to work in onsite ARS programming for a probationary period at initiation of employment, due to the level of oversight required for staff.
TBSC I (Min Level of Care)
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with youth with autism, emotionally disturbed youth, or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Staff must be trainable, possess drive and passion to collaborate with individuals with behavioral health needs. Staff understand providing good customer service and working as a team. Limited experience is acceptable and meets minimum requirements.
- Staff are required to receive the highest level of supervision from the Supervisor. Staff require the highest level of training and can work both onsite and offsite.
TBSC II (Moderate Level of Care)
- Requires a minimum of one (1) year of Behavior Management experience working with youth with autism, emotionally disturbed youth, or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Staff must have exposure to clients with behavioral health needs. Must understand crisis/behavior management and can offer significant support to clients. Staff demonstrate skills in customer service, crisis management and working as a team. Must meet level I requirements.
- Staff are required to have a moderate level of supervision from the Supervisor. Staff are eligible to work within ARS and TBS departments in an onsite or home/community setting.
TBSC III (High Level of Care)
- Requires a minimum of one (1) year of Behavior Management experience working with youth with autism, emotionally disturbed youth, or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Staff can collaborate with both intensive high-level clients and low-level clients. Staff demonstrates a high skill set in customer service, crisis management and working as a team. Must meet skill levels I & II requirements.
- Staff are required to receive a low level of supervision from the Supervisor. Staff are eligible to work within ARS and TBS departments in an onsite or home/community setting.
