Payroll Executive

As a Payroll Executive, your role involves processing monthly payroll accurately and on time. You will be responsible for managing payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, bonuses, and deductions. Ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory requirements is crucial. Generating payslips, reports, and MIS, handling employee payroll queries, and supporting audits and statutory filings are also part of your key responsibilities.

Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree in Commerce, HR, or Finance, along with 2-3 years of payroll experience. You should have knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel, as well as an understanding of Indian payroll compliances. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
