As the Head/Director of Marketing with a large retail organization in Delhi, your role will involve:
- Planning, creating, and managing offline and online marketing campaigns
- Formulating, directing, and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, collaborating with advertising and promotion managers
- Defining brand positioning
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, encompassing web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Maintaining the brand's social media presence across all digital channels
- Executing marketing communication strategies for the brand across offline and online platforms
- Safeguarding brand identity and usage
- Updating the marketing and PR plan on a quarterly basis
- Managing brand associations
- Planning the media mix
- Overseeing vendor/agency management
- Conceptualizing and enabling BTL/ATL campaigns
- Conducting marketing research at regular intervals
