Our client, an amazing law Firm with great culture is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join them in the DMV area.
We are seeking an experienced Corporate/Transactional Paralegal to join a dynamic law firm environment. This individual will play a key role in supporting attorneys on a broad range of corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support on mergers & acquisitions, financing transactions, and entity structuring matters
- Prepare, review, and maintain corporate records, including resolutions, consents, and governance documents
- Manage entity formations and oversee qualification and compliance filings across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure accurate and organized documentation in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal within a law firm
- Strong experience supporting M&A, financing, and corporate structuring activities
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and entity management practices
- Proven ability to handle multi-jurisdictional filings and compliance processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
