About the Role
BricknBar is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive business growth, generate revenue, and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, developers, and project stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities to enhance business growth.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and ensure target achievement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and repeat business.
Eligibility CriteriaExperience
- 5–8 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, or Sales Management.
- Proven experience in handling and managing a sales team.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred) or related technical qualification.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Revenue generation and business development expertise.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of the construction, building materials, or related industry.
