Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Head to be the driving force behind our agency's creative vision and output. This is a leadership role for a hands-on creative who can inspire a team, elevate our work, and directly contribute to the growth of our creative and social media business.
You will be responsible for setting the creative direction for our clients, mentoring a talented team of designers, and ensuring that every piece of work we produce is strategically sound, creatively exceptional, and delivers measurable results. You are not just a manager; you are a maker, a mentor, and a key strategic partner in our agency's future.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Vision & Leadership:
· Define and champion the creative vision for the agency and our diverse portfolio of clients.
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
· Act as the ultimate guardian of creative quality, ensuring all output meets our high standards and client objectives.
2. Creative, Copy Strategy & Execution:
· Translate client briefs and business problems into powerful, actionable creative concepts and multi-platform campaigns.
· Oversee the entire creative process from brainstorming and concept development to final execution and delivery.
· Conceptualize and oversee creation of video scripts, brand films, influencer content, reels, and social series.
· Lead brand storytelling, campaign messaging, and tone-of-voice development for multiple clients.
· Provide clear, constructive feedback and direction on design, copy, and video content to ensure a cohesive and impactful final product.
· Remain hands-on when needed, stepping in to guide projects and lead by example.
3. Social Media Business Growth:
· Develop and oversee cutting-edge social media strategies for clients, focusing on building engaged communities and driving business goals.
· Stay ahead of platform trends, new formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.), and cultural moments to ensure our clients' social presence is relevant and effective.
· Drive the growth of our social media retainer business by demonstrating clear ROI and strategic value to clients.
4. Client & Business Development:
· Act as the senior creative voice in client meetings and new business pitches, confidently presenting our creative strategy and vision.
· Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner for all things creative and social.
· Contribute creatively to pitches and business development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:
· 6+ years of relevant creative experience, preferably at a digital/creative agency
· Strong copy background with ability to write across formats from punchy social to long-form narrative
· Ability to marry business objectives with creative ambition.
· Experience working with consumer brands across B2B, FMCG, lifestyle, or tech
· A sharp eye for storytelling, culture, and digital-first thinking
· Strong portfolio that shows originality, craft, and impact across platforms.
· Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and tight timelines
· Ability to inspire and lead a creative team with vision and empathy
· Fluent in creative strategy and brand thinking
