About the Role

We are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our in-house creative team in Pune. You will turn raw footage into compelling content for social media, digital ads, and web platforms. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and deliver high-quality videos for social media, digital ads, and websites using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
• Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, color grading, and sound design to enhance production value
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and brand guidelines
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards across all deliverables
• Organize and manage video assets, project files, and media libraries efficiently
• Stay current with video editing trends, platform formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube), and emerging techniques

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 year of hands-on video editing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus
• Working knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and basic motion graphics
• Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to take creative direction and feedback constructively
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work
• Mandatory: Candidate must have their own laptop with the required software installed
