About the Role
We are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our in-house creative team in Pune. You will turn raw footage into compelling content for social media, digital ads, and web platforms. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
- Edit and deliver high-quality videos for social media, digital ads, and websites using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
- Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, color grading, and sound design to enhance production value
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and brand guidelines
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining consistent quality standards across all deliverables
- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and media libraries efficiently
- Stay current with video editing trends, platform formats (Reels, Shorts, YouTube), and emerging techniques
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 year of hands-on video editing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- Working knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and basic motion graphics
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to take creative direction and feedback constructively
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work
- Mandatory: Candidate must have their own laptop with the required software installed
