Job Summary

We are looking for a Banking Business Analyst with strong domain expertise to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for banking applications and ensuring successful delivery of solutions aligned with business needs.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer interaction, managing relationships, and supporting end-to-end project delivery.

We especially welcome retired or experienced banking professionals who have worked in IT Departments or Procurement Departments of banks, or those who have a keen interest in working with banking technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking clients or internal stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
• Manage client interactions and maintain strong working relationships
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and review meetings
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met
• Identify gaps, risks, and suggest process improvements
• Handle change requests and perform impact analysis

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of banking domain and processes
• Good understanding of banking operations (especially IT systems or procurement workflows preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Bank IT Department or Procurement Department
• Exposure to banking software, core banking, or fintech solutions
• Interest or experience in working with technology-driven banking solutions

Mandatory Requirement (Banking Experience)

• Candidate must have prior working experience in a bank or financial institution
• Retired banking professionals are strongly encouraged to apply
• Candidates with experience in Bank IT / Procurement Departments OR strong interest in IT systems will be given preference

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
