Job Description

As a Regional Marketing Manager for a multinational company with premium and luxury consumer durable products, your role involves developing and executing regional marketing strategies that are aligned with the global brand vision. You will be responsible for localizing global marketing campaigns to ensure relevance in the Indian and surrounding country markets such as Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, and Nepal.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular market scans to track competitor activities, pricing, and trends.
  • Commissioning consumer research to uncover unmet needs and design preferences to build and strengthen brand equity in the region.
  • Defining and evolving the brand's identity to reflect premium design, sustainability, innovation, and quality.
  • Overseeing 360-degree campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms in collaboration with product and sales teams.
  • Coordinating with the global HQ for alignment and approvals on key brand communication.
  • Leading digital transformation initiatives including website localization, SEO/SEM, and performance media.
  • Optimizing digital presence across marketplaces, brand website, and dealer microsites.
  • Leveraging analytics to improve ROI and customer acquisition cost.
  • Supervising social media strategies tailored to premium segments and channels in Indian and surrounding country markets.
  • Leading and mentoring a cross-functional marketing team across the region.
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, design, and supply chain teams.
  • Understanding and navigating unique regulatory, cultural, and economic landscapes of countries like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal to set tailored marketing strategies based on brand maturity and market dynamics.

The ideal candidate for this role would be a Management Graduate with 15-20 years of experience in Marketing and Brand functions with reputed organizations. You should have a proven track record of brand positioning in the premium/luxury segment and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
