Accounting Advisory Supervisor - Not-for-Profit

As a major international accounting firm known as BPM, you play a key role in providing modern solutions to businesses worldwide. Your primary responsibility is to ensure comprehensive assurance, tax, and advisory services for clients from diverse backgrounds and industries. • *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage accounting services for clients, including assisting in month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare, analyze, and present Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert for entire legal entities and participate in multiple engagements with client personnel.
• Contribute to the team by analyzing information, making recommendations, and suggesting solutions.
• Participate in special projects for clients to provide growth and learning experiences.
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Qualified CPA or Chartered Accountant.
• Strong background in Entity Controller, Audit, or equivalent training in financial statement preparation.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in public accounting or industry as part of an accounting function.
• Experience with various ERP systems and knowledge of accounting platforms like Quick Books, Netsuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Industry experience in Non-Profit, Trust, Family offices is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with multiple clients and projects concurrently with superior teamwork skills.
