We are a well-established Managed Services Provider with over 35 years of success supporting small and mid-sized businesses across the Baltimore and Washington, DC region. Our team is known for long-term client relationships, strong leadership, and a culture where engineers are encouraged to learn, contribute ideas, and grow technically.

We’re looking for a Systems Support Engineer with MSP experience who enjoys troubleshooting across multiple client environments and building deeper experience across Microsoft technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Support client environments across Microsoft 365, Windows, and core IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot user, workstation, and server issues across multiple businesses
• Assist with onboarding, deployments, and system improvements
• Work within a collaborative MSP team supporting a wide range of technologies

What We’re Looking For

• Previous MSP experience is required
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365, and end-user systems
• Experience working in a ticket-driven environment supporting multiple clients
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset

📍 Work Schedule:

• First 6 months: onsite (Monday–Friday) in Columbia, MD for training and ramp-up
• After ramp-up: Hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite per week)
