IT Systems Administrator | MSP | Microsoft 365

We are a growth focused Managed Services Provider supporting organizations from 5 to 500 users across multiple industries. Our service model is cloud driven, process structured, and built around standardized Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. We invest heavily in training, certifications, and long term career development. Engineers here are supported, not micromanaged, and given room to expand their technical depth.

As we scale, we are adding an IT Systems Administrator to strengthen our Microsoft 365 and systems support bench. This is a hands on hybrid role where you will own client issues end to end, support Windows Server environments, and collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure improvements. You will gain real exposure to cloud administration while operating inside a well run MSP framework.

Core Focus

• Administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online and Entra ID
• Supporting Windows 10 and 11 along with Windows Server fundamentals
• Managing user provisioning, access control, and core configurations
• Handling client issues from intake through full resolution
• Maintaining clean documentation and process adherence
• Assisting with infrastructure and cloud related initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• MSP experience in a Level 2 or systems administration role
• Strong Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills
• Windows Server fundamentals
• Ability to manage workload efficiently in a structured environment
• Strong communication and documentation habits
• Technical certifications are a plus
