Line Producer

POSITION SUMMARY:

BOT VFX, a visual effects services company with global clients, is looking for a Line Producer as a full-time Permanent role. The position is based out of Chennai.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing direct interaction with clients and overseeing the comprehensive bid management process.
• Tracking and managing project budgets to ensure financial objectives and show performance are met.
• Coordinating with Producers to obtain accurate bids for shots and establishing realistic delivery schedules.
• Managing client feedback and coordinating changes in work expectations both internally and externally.
• Assigning artists to specific shots and sequences to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Supervising the data ingest and delivery processes to ensure technical specifications are maintained.
• Communicating consistently with producers and clients regarding project progress, risks, and milestones.
• Problem-solving production bottlenecks and adjusting workflows to accommodate evolving show needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven experience in VFX production management or producing for film, episodic, or commercials.
• Proficiency in project management software and internal tracking systems (e.g., Shotgrid).
• Solid understanding of the VFX pipeline, from data ingest to final delivery.
• Highly organized and planned with exceptionally strong time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client and team interaction.
• Proven ability to prioritize conflicting tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaborative ability to drive teams toward meeting strict production deadlines.
