Ideal Technician/Mechanic Candidates:

• Strong B Level/Level 2 to Master with 10-15+ Years Experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic
• Looking for someone highly experienced that is familiar with most makes and models
• Experience with BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Porsche, Land Rover BASIC service repairs and Maintenance is a PLUS (no major repairs required)
• ASE Certifications are Preferred (valid or expired)
• Any Manufacturer Certifications are Preferred (valid or expired)
• Maryland Motor Vehicle Inspection License is a PLUS (or willingness to obtain it-can earn $2-$3/hr more with one)
• STRONG Diagnostics Skills
• Professional Experience in a franchise or independent dealer service department or a secondary shop
• Repair Knowledge in Engine, Emissions & Computer
• Mitchell’s Shop Key software knowledge is a PLUS
• Good Time Management skills & Ability to multitask
• Able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
• MUST have own tools
• Must be at least 25 years of age
