Senior Territory Manager – Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)

Role Summary
At Boston Scientific, the Senior Territory Manager drives sales, market development, and clinical adoption of CRM therapies (Pacemakers, ICDs, CRT). This role blends clinical expertise, strategic selling, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver business growth in a competitive, procedure-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve/exceed sales targets by promoting CRM products across assigned territory
- Build and manage strong relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, hospitals, and channel partners
- Drive new business through lead generation, need assessment, and solution-based selling
- Provide clinical & procedural support in Cath Lab/OT settings
- Lead product education initiatives (CMEs, workshops, training programs)
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities
- Execute and adapt territory strategies to maximize market share
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Ops) by sharing customer insights

What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years in medical device sales (CRM/EP preferred)
- Background in Pharmacy / Biomedical / Life Sciences
- Strong clinical & technical acumen with excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results
- Experience in Cath Lab/OT is a plus
