Role Overview: As the Site Operations Manager at Boston Scientific, you will lead strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency at the India R&D site. You will collaborate with various functions, sites, and regions to execute projects related to Capex/Opex management, R&D real estate requirement management, business process automation, R&D IT infrastructure planning, data-driven insights development, and third party vendor partnerships. Your role will involve defining, developing, and operationalizing future-state reporting and advanced analytics to drive insights for the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sourcing, finance, HR, Legal, IT, and facilities teams to execute site-wide strategic projects successfully. - Act as the key liaison between R&D and cross-functional teams for all aspects of strategic projects. - Lead medium to large project teams to achieve timely objectives. - Develop business cases and track program/project budgets. - Identify, manage, and communicate program/project risks. - Navigate competing stakeholder objectives to achieve business alignment on scope and strategy. - Develop relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to become a trusted business partner. - Interact with senior leaders on complex matters requiring coordination across organizations. - Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing data-driven insights. - Provide key reporting analytics and visual insights to the management teams. - Support the development of scalable processes, tools, and resources for executing strategic priorities. - Monitor and support reporting/dashboards in Tableau/PowerBI for managing the business and measuring progress of key initiatives. - Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for leadership, executives, and stakeholders. - Manage logistics for senior global leadership visiting India, including setting up agendas, transportation, presentations, and summarizing discussions with action items. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis. - Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualization software like Tableau and PowerBI. - Advanced Excel skills (VBA, power query) and proficiency in the Microsoft O365 suite. - Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
