Smart Sales Executive (Fresh Graduates)
About us Bornoi Organics is a growing food company focused on offering high-quality organic and natural food products. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated fresh graduates to drive growth in local markets.
Position: Sales Executive (Entry level)
Location: Guwahati
Key responsibilities
· Sell company food products to retail outlets, grocery stores, kirana shops, restaurants, and direct customers.
· Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and report daily sales activities.
· Generate leads, build relationships with new and existing customers, and follow up to close sales.
· Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
· Execute local marketing activities and in-store merchandising (product displays, promotions, sampling).
· Collect payments from customers, issue receipts, and ensure timely submission to the office.
· Maintain accurate records: daily sales reports, collection logs, customer database, and order forms.
· Provide feedback from the market on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
· Coordinate with inventory/warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications & skills
· Fresh graduates in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic sales aptitude and a proactive, target-driven mindset.
· Comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with shop owners and customers.
· Ability to maintain accurate records and basic familiarity with smart phones/apps for reporting.
· Valid two-wheeler driving license and access to a two-wheeler (mandatory).
· Willingness to work flexible field hours as needed.
