Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location: Mississauga, ON (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation
- Base Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 – $100,000
- Commission (Total $225 per demo)
- $75 per qualified demo booked
- $150 per deal closed
- Automatic eligibility to participate in the Company’s stock option plan after six (6) months of continuous employment

What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (100+ calls daily) to generate new sales opportunities
- Engage clinic owners, doctors, and practice managers to introduce BoomerangFX solutions
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the Account Executive team
- Communicate our value proposition and benefits to potential clients
- Maintain accurate lead and activity tracking in the CRM system
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly demo booking targets
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales roles
- Experience with high-volume cold calling and prospecting
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Competitive mindset with a strong drive to hit sales targets
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing sales is an asset
