Job Title: Food & Beverage Server / Captain

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Servers and Captains to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the floor. Captains will additionally oversee sections, guide team members, and ensure service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and daily specials
• Ensure tables are set up as per service standards and maintain cleanliness at all times
• Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

Additional Responsibilities (Captain Level):

• Supervise and coordinate the service team during shifts
• Ensure smooth flow of service within the assigned section
• Train and mentor junior staff and new joiners
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns
• Assist in inventory control, daily briefings, and reporting

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred

Experience

• Server: 0–2 years of experience in F&B service or hospitality
• Captain: 3–5 years of relevant experience, with prior team handling exposure

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of service standards and basic food & beverage operations
• Leadership and team management skills (for Captain role)
