BOMImed Inc., a Winnipeg based, medical device manufacturer and distributor, is looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, team oriented individual to join our warehouse team.

This is a full-time evening position, working Monday to Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Initial training will be conducted over four weeks during the day, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory/product in the warehouse
• Inspect and verify content received
• Identify damaged, lost or missing product
• Loading and unloading material with the use of a forklift or pallet jack
• Order picking
• Inventory cycle counts
• General warehouse duties – cleaning, sweeping, garbage, recycling, etc.
• Shipping and receiving of product

Education and Experience

• 3 years' Forklift experience required
• Warehouse experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Skills Required

• Excellent communication
• Excellent organization skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple departments
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and the ability to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Basic experience using a computer is required; training will be provided.
