Job Description & Requirements

We are a growing chiropractic practice in Arlington, VA, and we’re looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000 (negotiable based on experience), along with bonus and incentive opportunities.

Our associate will work a flexible schedule built around a 5/4 work week, including occasional Saturdays (1–2 per month). The role averages 31–40 hours per week, with approximately 125 patient visits weekly and 10+ minutes spent per patient.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing patient consultations and examinations
• Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
• Presenting financial plans and closing care plans
• Providing chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Palmer Package, Drops, and Arthro Stim
• Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
• Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction
• Incorporating functional medicine approaches and wellness education
• Utilizing acupuncture as part of patient care (training provided)

We have a small functional movement area in the clinic, and we encourage incorporating lifestyle activities, movement-based care, and creative patient engagement into treatment plans.

Marketing responsibilities include digital content creation, social media engagement (Instagram and Facebook), and participation in occasional community educational events.

We operate under a shared-patient model and are actively growing, with plans to expand into a second location. We’re looking for someone who is growth-minded, has a healer mentality, and is motivated to build strong connections within the community.

Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) a Virginia chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
