Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hanover, MD, for a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will directly interact with customers to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and resolve issues. Responsibilities include managing customer communications via multiple channels, coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, and assisting in enhancing customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records and identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Proficiency in customer service tools and technologies, such as CRM systems
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to handle customer queries efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of the beauty, tattoo, or body art industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a bonus
