Assistant Manager - Service Now Developer

Role Overview:

As a Sr. Software Engineer at BNP Paribas India Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to set up Risk IT Cyber solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will be working within the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud Department of the Informatics Directorate, contributing to the overall IT risk management and cybersecurity strategy of the BNP Paribas Group. Your role will involve analyzing user requirements, translating functional needs into technical solutions, developing and testing solutions, as well as providing maintenance and technical support for the solution in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up Risk IT Cyber solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as IRM, SecOps, CMDB, Entities Mgmt., Controls, and Audit Management
• Conduct feasibility analysis and design, provide technical feasibility analysis, gap analysis, design proposals, macro estimations, scripting, and reporting
• Analyze user requirements, challenge proposed needs, and propose best practice solutions
• Translate functional needs into technical solutions, write design papers, architecture, flow diagrams, and production/maintenance documents
• Collaborate with technical, functional, and security architects, provide estimates of effort and time, identify risks and dependencies
• Optimize, fine-tune, and simplify the application, provide technical support for the solution in production

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Proficiency in Information Security technologies, Database and application security, Network Architecture, Database/Application/Network Layer Secure Protocols, Physical and Environmental Security, mobile & cloud security concepts
• Strong skills in ServiceNow notions: ITSM, CMDB, Workflows, Access Control, Reporting, Performance Analytics, Flow designer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to think globally
