Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand and communications strategies grounded in data, insights, and market analysis
- Lead audience segmentation, persona development, and customer journey mapping
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs
- Partner with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment across campaigns
- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and trend identification
- Synthesize data and insights into compelling narratives and client presentations
- Support campaign planning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategy based on results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in brand strategy, account planning, or related role (direct marketing agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, and integrated marketing
- Experience working across digital, media, and performance marketing channels
- Excellent analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
Preferred Experience
- Experience in direct-to-consumer or performance-driven marketing environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, audience research platforms, and CRM data
