About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop brand and communications strategies grounded in data, insights, and market analysis
  • Lead audience segmentation, persona development, and customer journey mapping
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs
  • Partner with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure strategic alignment across campaigns
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and trend identification
  • Synthesize data and insights into compelling narratives and client presentations
  • Support campaign planning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategy based on results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 2-5+ years of experience in brand strategy, account planning, or related role (direct marketing agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, and integrated marketing
  • Experience working across digital, media, and performance marketing channels
  • Excellent analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in direct-to-consumer or performance-driven marketing environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, audience research platforms, and CRM data
