Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to join our team in Bengaluru, India, for an on-site, full-time role. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our Microsoft and Cyber Security solutions to potential clients. The candidate will focus on achieving sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and staying updated on product and market knowledge.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information and address customer needs.
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in technology solutions sales, particularly in Microsoft and Cyber Security products, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
