Job Title: Indian Chef
Location: GOA

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to prepare authentic Indian cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. The candidate should have strong knowledge of North and/or South Indian dishes and be able to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (North Indian / South Indian as per requirement)
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food
- Plan menus and suggest new dishes as per customer preferences
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per hotel policies
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure proper food storage and minimize wastage
- Follow all safety and food regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef in a hotel or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good team management and communication skills
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience
Salary:
- As per industry standards
Note:
Candidate should be flexible with shifts and willing to relocate if required.
