Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Blue Gems ABA-Maryland. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children and families in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics
• Implement behavior skills training, reinforcement systems, and behavior reduction strategies
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with clients and families
• Collaborate with BCBAs, behavior analysts, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
