The Senior Communications Strategist, Executive Visibility and Voice, plays a critical role in enhancing the enterprise brand and safeguarding corporate reputation. Collaborating closely with senior executives, this position focuses on strategic speaking engagements, earned media, social media, and impactful events.

This role calls for a versatile communicator adept at strategy, storytelling, and execution. You will craft compelling executive messaging and communication deliverables, including presentations, speeches, keynotes, video scripts, and digital content tailored for both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write executive messaging, presentations, and various communications deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary accountability point from strategy through execution, ensuring high-quality communications.
  • Leverage the diverse expertise of senior executives to enhance the brand and maintain a robust corporate reputation.
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment in managing sensitive information.
  • Influence and guide executive engagement to align with enterprise-wide communication plans.
  • Identify and secure high-profile speaking opportunities at leading conferences and panels.
  • Lead comprehensive communication plans for diverse audiences.
  • Prepare senior leaders for critical engagements, including board meetings and media opportunities.
  • Showcase expertise across communications disciplines, demonstrating depth in more than one area.
  • Deliver clear and engaging communications across various channels.
  • Exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and professionalism.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in healthcare, heavily regulated, or government-focused environments is a plus.

Salary Range: We are committed to fair and equitable compensation that reflects market value, with starting salaries typically near the midpoint of the range listed. Compensation considerations include experience, specialized skills, licensure, and organizational needs. Our base salary is complemented by a robust Total Rewards package that features an Annual Incentive Bonus, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits.

Salary: $81,068.00 - $129,708.00
