Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Admin Executive to manage warehouse administration, inventory records, documentation, and coordination activities for our retail garment operations. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in MS Excel, and capable of maintaining accurate warehouse records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily warehouse records and stock reports.
- Prepare and update inward and outward stock entries.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, stores, and head office teams.
- Monitor inventory movements and maintain stock accuracy.
- Prepare GRN, stock transfer, and dispatch documentation.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Maintain filing and documentation of warehouse records.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and stock discrepancies.
- Assist in stock audits and physical stock verification.
- Manage vendor and transporter documentation.
- Ensure proper data entry in ERP/software systems.
- Handle administrative activities related to warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Warehouse Administration, Inventory, or Store Operations.
