Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bengaluru(Restaurants/Hotels/Hospitality sector preferable ). The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of HR management and HR operations, including employee relations, Recruitment,Training and Development, HR policies, and overall HR strategy implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR Management and HR Operations and Recruitment.
• Ability to effectively manage employee relations and employee engagement .
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
