Job Title: PR & Influencer Manager

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office – 5 Days)

We’re looking for a PR & Influencer Manager who can drive brand visibility through ideas, relationships, and culture. This role blends strategic PR thinking, influencer collaboration, and creative storytelling with a strong understanding of social media to build meaningful brand narratives and consistent media presence.

On Any Given Day, You Might:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and brand teams
  • Develop PR and influencer campaign strategies grounded in audience, market, and cultural insights
  • Collaborate with internal creative and social teams to develop impactful PR narratives, pitch notes, influencer briefs, and communication strategies
  • Identify opportunities for media visibility, influencer collaborations, and social amplification for brands
  • Project manage PR and influencer campaigns from ideation to execution and post-campaign reporting
  • Develop KPI frameworks aligned to client business goals and track campaign success
  • Manage influencer coordination, content timelines, budgets, and campaign milestones
  • Maintain strong relationships with key media, influencers, and industry stakeholders
  • Support integrated campaigns across PR, influencer, creative, and social teams
  • Stay updated on trends across media, influencer marketing, pop culture, and social platforms
  • Represent the agency at industry events, media interactions, influencer meets, and networking forums
  • Support billing accuracy, vendor coordination, and campaign profitability
  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior team members or executives

On Any Given Day, You Might:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Public Relations and Influencer Marketing within a creative/digital/PR agency
  • Strong network across media, journalists, influencers, and PR ecosystems
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end PR and influencer campaigns
  • Strong understanding of media outreach, influencer marketing metrics, and social media platforms
  • Experience working with micro and macro influencers across different industries
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to ideas, culture-driven narratives, and brand storytelling
  • Up to date with trends, pop culture, media landscape, and influencer ecosystems
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and guide team members
  • Proactive, confident, and relationship-driven approach.
