Job Description
We are seeking a Sales executive to assist in lead generation, client outreach, and business development efforts. This role offers valuable experience in sales strategies and customer relationship management.
CTC will be 3 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable + Performance rewards
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and connect with potential clients, corporate partners, and business prospects while learning how new business opportunities are created.
- Support the planning and execution of sales initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to business development strategies.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand client requirements and showcase our services.
- Assist in pricing discussions, proposal preparation, and client coordination while learning the fundamentals of business development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support long-term collaborations.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to help identify potential areas for growth.
- Work closely with the operations, marketing, and creative teams to support the successful planning and execution of events.
- Maintain CRM records, update sales activities, and assist in preparing reports to track business performance.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking meetups, and selected event projects to build professional connections and gain real-world industry exposure.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & REQUIRED SKILLS
- Completed degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience will be advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of sales and CRM tools.
