The Role
Hospitality Specialists are the face of Black Fox. You will play a key role in welcoming guests, sharing our story, building connections, and creating memorable experiences in the tasting room, on tours, on the patio, and at events.
We are looking for engaging, reliable, and personable team members who genuinely enjoy working with people. Strong hospitality professionals are confident communicators, patient listeners, and natural brand ambassadors.

Positions Available
- Seasonal full-time
- Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming, positive, and memorable experience for all Black Fox guests
- Educate customers about Black Fox spirits through tastings, tours, and in-store interactions
- Support sales initiatives and work toward individual and team sales targets
- Uphold Black Fox brand standards, including product presentation, shelf facings, and cleanliness.
- Assist with cocktail and spirits service on the patio and during events
- Promote Black Fox spirits at tastings, tradeshows, farmers’ markets, and special events
- Assist with deliveries and other operational tasks as required
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the hospitality team
Required Qualifications
- Must be of legal drinking age in Saskatchewan
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Willingness to obtain Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification (if not already held; can be completed after hiring)
Valuable Assets (Not Required)
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
- Retail or sales experience
- Bartending or cocktail service skills
- Knowledge of spirits, food and beverage, or craft distilling
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage $17.00 plus profit sharing
