At Yamuna Interiors Private Limited, we are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition professional to join us at our Yamunanagar facility.

About Us

A leading manufacturer in the building materials space, we specialize in WPC, PVC plywood sheets, PVC foam boards, MDF panels, and door frame solutions. Since 2007, we’ve built a strong presence in interior boards, modular furniture, and decorative surfaces.

Location: Yamunanagar, Haryana

Role: Talent Acquisition

Reporting to: HR Head

CTC: ₹5–6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Talent sourcing via job portals & LinkedIn
• Candidate screening, interviews & assessments
• Building strong talent pipelines
• Employer branding & LinkedIn engagement
• Recruitment tracking using Google tools
• Automation using Google App Script
• Candidate experience & stakeholder management

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years of experience
• Background in manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong communication & stakeholder skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
