At Yamuna Interiors Private Limited, we are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition professional to join us at our Yamunanagar facility.
About Us
A leading manufacturer in the building materials space, we specialize in WPC, PVC plywood sheets, PVC foam boards, MDF panels, and door frame solutions. Since 2007, we’ve built a strong presence in interior boards, modular furniture, and decorative surfaces.
Location: Yamunanagar, Haryana
Role: Talent Acquisition
Reporting to: HR Head
CTC: ₹5–6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Talent sourcing via job portals & LinkedIn
- Candidate screening, interviews & assessments
- Building strong talent pipelines
- Employer branding & LinkedIn engagement
- Recruitment tracking using Google tools
- Automation using Google App Script
- Candidate experience & stakeholder management
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience
- Background in manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong communication & stakeholder skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
