Store manager-Retail Garments

Job Summary

The Store Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of a garment retail store, ensuring strong sales performance, excellent customer service, and effective team management. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and delivering a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints
• Maintain proper stock levels, inventory control, and replenishment
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and plan promotions accordingly
• Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting
• Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse for stock management
• Conduct staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Proven experience in garment retail/store management
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences
• Ability to manage sales targets and KPIs
• Good communication and leadership skills
