Staff Tax Accountant (Entry-Level) – Full Time

We are seeking a Staff Tax Accountant to join our 30-year old firm and grow with us.

Responsibilities
- Prepare individual and business tax returns with supervision
- Assist with tax planning and research
- Work directly with senior staff and partners on client engagements
- Organize and maintain client financial data
- Learn and grow within a supportive team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field)
- CPA track or intent to pursue CPA preferred
- Internship or prior tax experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 (based on qualifications)
- Performance and/or busy season bonuses
- CPA support (exam resources, mentorship, etc.)
- Flexible work environment
- Clear path for advancement
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with standard hours for most of the year. During tax season, hours may increase, but we emphasize a balanced schedule and flexibility outside of peak periods.
