Job Description

📋 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle customer enquiries from platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia
  • Oversee and maintain IndiaMART & TradeIndia accounts, including lead response and platform activity
  • Manage Shopify product listings, updates, and resolve product-related concerns
  • Handle and convert leads through WhatsApp communication with potential customers
  • Attend and resolve queries from Bio+ Dealer Mobile App users
  • Monitor and respond to website enquiries with timely follow-ups
  • Maintain and track pricing data and gifting/reward records for app schemes and winners
  • Cross-check and verify product information, pricing, and data consistency across all online platforms
  • Coordinate internally to ensure accurate and updated listings across channels
  • Conduct follow-up calls with new and existing clients to share product details and updates
  • Provide product knowledge support to customers for better conversion
  • Ensure proper lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion management
