Job Description
📋 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle customer enquiries from platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia
- Oversee and maintain IndiaMART & TradeIndia accounts, including lead response and platform activity
- Manage Shopify product listings, updates, and resolve product-related concerns
- Handle and convert leads through WhatsApp communication with potential customers
- Attend and resolve queries from Bio+ Dealer Mobile App users
- Monitor and respond to website enquiries with timely follow-ups
- Maintain and track pricing data and gifting/reward records for app schemes and winners
- Cross-check and verify product information, pricing, and data consistency across all online platforms
- Coordinate internally to ensure accurate and updated listings across channels
- Conduct follow-up calls with new and existing clients to share product details and updates
- Provide product knowledge support to customers for better conversion
- Ensure proper lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion management
