BI Training Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive BI Training Coordinator / BI Enablement Coordinator to manage and drive the end-to-end coordination of learning and development initiatives within the Business Intelligence (BI) ecosystem.

This role focuses on orchestrating BI training programs, ensuring seamless execution of learning initiatives, and aligning training activities with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of BI concepts and tools, along with strong coordination, stakeholder management, and program management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesBI Training Coordination & Enablement

• Coordinate end-to-end BI training programs covering the full data analytics lifecycle, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, visualization, and reporting.
• Support the design and execution of role-based BI learning paths for freshers, lateral hires, analysts, developers, and consultants.
• Ensure training programs align with business requirements and project needs.

Training Planning & Execution

• Schedule and manage training sessions (internal and external), ensuring timely delivery and participation.
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and external trainers for delivering BI training programs.
• Manage logistics including training calendars, session invites, learning materials, and infrastructure readiness.

Learning & Development Support

• Collaborate with tech leads, delivery managers, and project stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the BI Skill Matrix for employees.
• Support onboarding training programs for new hires to ensure alignment with BI standards and practices.

Training Management & Governance

• Maintain and organize training materials, documentation, case studies, and assessments.
• Track learner attendance, progress, and training completion status.
• Collect feedback from participants and trainers to improve training effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports on training progress, participation, and outcomes for management review.

Tool & Technical Exposure Support

• Coordinate training sessions on BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and related technologies.
• Ensure learners are enrolled in relevant technical and tool-based training programs.
• Support trainers in delivering hands-on sessions and assessments.

Continuous Improvement & Ecosystem Support

• Stay updated on BI trends, tools, and best practices to support relevant training initiatives.
• Continuously improve training processes, coordination methods, and program effectiveness.
• Work with external vendors or partners when specialized training programs are required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in training coordination, L&D operations, or BI/data analytics environments.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of BI concepts, data analytics, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik.
• Experience in coordinating technical or analytics training programs.
• Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and training tracking tools.
• Prior experience in a consulting or IT services environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
