Job Description
As an individual responsible for liaising and query activities related to deriving commodity pricing of Agricultural products, your key responsibilities include:
- Checking and cross-checking the accuracy of price data derived by team members.
- Ensuring adherence to IOSCO principles in the team regarding transparency of pricing development mechanism, detailed processes, escalation for handling client grievances, and continuous training of the team.
- Developing high-caliber content personally and for team members through continuous training and adherence to Content Development Guidelines (CoDeG) with periodic audit of articles.
- Creating periodic reports for the specific commodity.
- Regularly interacting with important Data Points and Partners, developing high working relationship standards, as well as establishing new and trusted Data Partners.
- Initiating pricing inputs for new and different geographic areas as part of constantly developing the pricing process.
Key competencies required for this role include:
- Academic excellence with a B.E/B.Tech degree, preferably in Agri, and experience in both domestic and global markets interacting with stakeholders related to pricing.
- Experience in managing small teams with strong people handling skills for successful interaction with Data partners.
- Well-networked within the industry with networking skills to enhance geographical price base and ensure high levels of Data Partner relationship management.
- Technical proficiency with emerging technologies.
Other essential skills required for this role are:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Good written English skills for developing high-standard business communications like analytical articles, insights, emails, and periodic reports.
