Job Description

As a Consultant Assistant Manager, your role will involve conducting end-to-end financial due diligence, identifying issues, and performing relevant financial analysis. You will assist in smaller assignments and report to the Associate Director or Director. Your responsibilities will include writing sections of FDD/VDD reports, analyzing financial information in detail, highlighting unusual trends, and interacting with clients or target management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial due diligence and carry out relevant financial analysis
  • Assist in smaller assignments and report to higher management
  • Write sections of FDD/VDD reports
  • Analyze financial information including trial balances, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows
  • Interact with clients or target management
  • Review data books prepared in accordance with professional standards
  • Review work performed by subordinates and provide coaching
  • Establish professional relationships with onshore team members
  • Provide support for proposals and business development
  • Manage projects and teams effectively

Qualifications Required:

  • Qualifications: CA/MBA
  • Experience: 1+ years in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm or third-party KPO within key technology companies

In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should have strong technical skills in financial statement analysis and accounting. Your analytical, strategic, and commercial experience will be crucial in advising clients on engagements.
