Job Description

Role focused on network support, monitoring, and troubleshooting

Responsible for maintaining network infrastructure and ensuring uptime

Work with internal IT teams to support day-to-day network operations

Candidates should have client-facing experience

Strong communication skills are a must

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure

Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues

Configure and support routers, switches, and firewalls

Assist in network setup, installation, and upgrades

Ensure network security and system availability

Work on incident management and issue resolution

Maintain and update network documentation

Coordinate with vendors for network-related issues

Required Skills

Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Hands-on experience with routers and switches

Basic knowledge of firewalls and network security

Familiarity with network monitoring tools

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Candidates should have client-facing experience

Strong communication skills are a must

Preferred Skills

Certification like CCNA

Experience with Cisco / Juniper devices

Exposure to VPN, VLAN, routing & switching
